Gentle to Corrective Chemical Peels for Every Skin Type in Huntington Beach
Not every peel is intense. Some don't even peel at all, but still deliver real results. We'll help you find the right one for your skin.
Here's the full range, what each one costs, and how we decide together.
Chemical Peels: Your Secret to Radiant, Healthy Skin
At Brightside, we assess what your skin can handle and build results progressively, so no two visits look the same.
What a chemical peel actually does
A peel is a controlled exfoliation. We apply an acid blend that loosens the bonds holding dull, damaged surface cells in place, so your skin clears them faster than it would on its own and builds newer cells underneath.
That is the whole mechanism. Everything else, the strength, the acid, the number of layers, is a decision about how far into that process we push and how fast.
What downtime actually looks like
It depends entirely on which peel, which is why we group them that way below rather than by price.????
No visible peeling. You go back to your day. Some tightness, sometimes mild dryness for a day or two.
Light to moderate. Flaking for a few days, heaviest around days three and four.
Moderate to significant. Visible peeling for several days. Plan around it and book at least two weeks before anything that matters.

What Sets Us Apart
Whitney, our founder, is a Certified Master in Dermaesthetics Chemical Peels with over 13 years of experience, so every peel here is backed by real, specialized training.
And unlike the standard quick-fix mentality, we take a progressive approach. Our chemical peels are tailored to your skin’s unique needs and designed to work with your skin’s natural processes.
By gradually building the skin’s resilience, we ensure that every treatment improves your overall skin health without unnecessary irritation or downtime.
Chemical peels here aren't a short-term fix, they're a long-term transformation.
Is a peel right for my skin?
For most people, yes. The real question is which one, and how soon.
Here is where most people land, though this is just the common pattern, not a recommendation.
Never had a peel: Start where nothing shows. The No Peel Peel at $135 or the Polite Peel at $165. You will look like yourself that same afternoon.
Had peels before and want more movement: The light to moderate group. Choose by what you are treating rather than by strength. Pigment, congestion, or tone.
Been treated consistently and ready to commit: The stronger group, once your skin has been prepared for it.
We do not recommend picking from a list. Come in, and we will look at your actual skin and match you to what it actually needs.
We go by what your skin is telling us that day, not by what it told us last time. On the layerable peels, we start with the fewest layers and watch what happens. Bodies are not rigid, so the plan moves when your skin says to.
What a course of peels looks like here
We reassess your skin at every appointment, not only the first one. What we planned in January is not automatically what you get in March, because your skin in March is not the same skin.
You come on a set rhythm, every [X] weeks. That part stays put and it is the part that produces results. What happens inside the appointment depends on what we find, and we tell you what we are doing and why before we start.
Bodies are not rigid, so we move the interval when your skin says to rather than hold you to a number that stopped fitting.
We don't charge for things you don't need. If your skin is not ready for what you booked, we say so before we start and do what is actually useful instead.
