We use a variety of treatments, from mild to strong — peels, microchanneling, jet plasma. The difference is when skin is trainable the way a body is, we prepare it, build what it can tolerate, and go as hard as it has earned. Then we support it afterward so the result holds instead of resetting.

Every provider here is trained in-house by Whitney, our owner and founder — and that training goes well past what a state license requires. It isn’t a list of steps to follow. It’s the foundation underneath the steps: how skin actually behaves at the cellular level — barrier function, turnover, how it responds to inflammation and why that response is what leaves pigment behind — and what’s inside the products down to the individual ingredients, their concentrations, the pH an acid actually works at versus the percentage printed on the label, the molecular weight that determines how deep an ingredient can go, and whether it’s encapsulated well enough to get there intact.
That’s the difference between choosing a treatment and running one. Two clients can walk in with the same dark spots and need opposite protocols, because the skin underneath them isn’t the same. Your provider is trained to know which one you are and to adjust in the room — not to hand you a one-size-fits-all facial off a menu.
