Body Facials and Peels in Huntington Beach

For back and butt breakouts, ingrowns, KP and rough texture. Facials with no downtime, or peels when the area needs more.

Body Facials & Peels

You live fifteen minutes from the beach and you own three cover-ups.

Back, shoulders, chest, the backs of your legs. Skin you have been dressing around rather than treating, partly because most places only look at faces.

Why body skin takes longer than your face

Back skin is thicker and more resilient than facial skin, and it sits under fabric, sweat and friction all day. That is why body breakouts are stubborn, and why treatment strong enough for a face is not strong enough here.

Faces respond in weeks. Backs respond in months. We would rather say that now.

What each area actually needs

Back and shoulders

Hormonal breakouts and clogged pores under thick skin. Usually a Back Facial to clear congestion first, then a Smoothing Back Peel if texture and marks remain.

Butt

Sweat, friction and workout clothing rather than face type acne, which is why it responds to different treatment. The Booty Facial clears it, the Smoothing Booty Peel handles roughness and old marks.

Bikini line and underarms

Mostly ingrowns and irritation from hair removal. Treating the skin while continuing to shave aggressively is working against yourself, so the two go together. See waxing.

Backs of legs

Often KP, the small rough bumps. Worth reading the section below before booking anything.

Feet

The Smoothing Foot Peel at $90 for callus and rough texture.

About keratosis pilaris, honestly

KP is the small rough bumps on the backs of the arms and legs. It is genetic and it is chronic.

We can make it much smoother. We cannot cure it. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.

What works is consistent exfoliation, professional and at home, and accepting that it returns if you stop. Plenty of people find that trade worth it. Some decide it is not, which is a completely reasonable answer.

When we would start gentler

Sometimes the answer is not yet.

If the area is actively inflamed or freshly waxed, a peel makes it worse. We start with a facial to calm things down and move to a peel once the skin can take it.

What Sets Us Apart

We will tell you when something is managed rather than cured, and KP is the clearest example of that.

Most places only look at faces. Backs, shoulders and the backs of legs are harder to reach, harder to treat and slower to respond, which is exactly why they get skipped.

Whenever you want to stop dressing around it, we would be glad to start.
